General Policy
1. General policy
1.1 Membership:
Eligibility: Membership is open to all individuals who must agree to comply with the community's rules and guidelines.
Application Process: Potential members must complete an application form or a process determined by the community administration.
Acceptance: Acceptance of membership is subject to review and approval by the community administration.
Expectations: Members are expected to respect other members, participate constructively, and contribute positively to the community atmosphere.
1.2 Application and Revocation:
Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a safe environment for all.
Report: Any member who witnesses or is a victim of a violation of the community rules must report it immediately to the security personnel, moderators, or designated administrators.
Investigation: The reported incidents will be carefully examined by the administration to determine the appropriate course of action.
Consequences: Violations of community rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent expulsion from the community, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
Appeals: Members have the right to appeal any enforcement measure taken against them, which will be reviewed by the administration.
1.3 Revocation Authority by the Council:
Board Oversight: The board of directors or equivalent governing body of the community holds ultimate authority over membership revocation decisions.
Review Process: The board will review membership revocation cases brought to their attention by the community administration.
Transparency: The decisions made by the board regarding the revocation of membership will be communicated transparently to the community, ensuring accountability and fairness.
Appeal Process: Members have the opportunity to appeal decisions of revocation made by the board, which will be subject to a new review and consideration. An appeal can be sent by email toFurDrache@hotmail.com
These rules aim to establish a framework to maintain a positive and inclusive environment within the furry community of FurDrache, promoting mutual respect and accountability among its members.
2. General Conditions
2.1 Admission Rules:
Age Requirement: Admission to FurDrache events and conventions is limited to individuals aged 18 and older.
Identification: All participants must present a valid identification document upon request by FurDrache staff or event organizers.
Personal Badge or FurDrache Badge Required: Participants must wear a personal badge at events. Additionally, a FurDrache Badge must be worn at all times during conventions organized by FurDrache.
2.2 Badge Policies:
Loss of Personal Badge: In case of loss of a badge issued by FurDrache, participants must immediately inform FurDrache staff. A replacement badge will be provided for a fee of 20 euros at FurDrache conventions.
Mandatory FurDrache Badge: Not wearing the FurDrache Badge during conventions may result in refusal of entry or expulsion from the event.
2.3 Ticket Policies:
Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets for FurDrache events and conventions are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged with other individuals.
Validity Period: Tickets are only valid during the specified hours of an event or convention organized by FurDrache. Entry outside of the designated hours is not allowed.
2.4 Revocation of Registration:
Revocation at Discretion: FurDrache reserves the right to revoke a participant's registration without providing a reason. This decision is at the discretion of FurDrache's staff or event organizers.
By participating in any FurDrache event or convention, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. FurDrache reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without prior notice. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the event or other actions deemed necessary by FurDrache.
Registration, Payments & Tickets
Online Registration Required: All participants must register on the FurDrache website before participating in any event or convention.
Immediate Payment for Event Tickets: Tickets for individual events must be paid immediately upon registration.
Reselling tickets through ticket resale websites is prohibited. Tickets can only be resold by FurDrache.
Payment Completion for a Valid Registration: Registration is considered valid only when the full registration fees have been paid.
Confirmation Email: An registration is confirmed when the participant receives a confirmation email from FurDrache.
Partial Refund in Case of Conflict with the Venue: In case of conflict with the venue, FurDrache will issue a partial refund based on the registration costs incurred by FurDrache, minus any other applicable costs.
Non-Reservation Policy: If reservation fees or payments are not paid on time, your registration will be canceled. A refund in these cases is not possible.
Payment Installments Failure: If partial payments are not made on time, your reservation will be canceled and no refund is possible.
No Refunds for Personal Circumstances: Refunds are not possible if a participant is unable to attend an event or convention due to personal circumstances..Refund Policy in Case of Event Cancellation by FurDrache: If an event is canceled by FurDrache due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances or insufficient registration, a refund will be issued to all participants, excluding processing fees and administrative costs.
Transfer Ticket Authorization: Ticket transfers must be authorized by the FurDrache administration. Participants attempting to transfer tickets without proper authorization will not be admitted.
Hotel Room Transfer Policy: Hotel room transfers must be arranged by the FurDrache administration. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the event or convention.
No Refunds for Tickets, Products, or Packages: Tickets, products, and packages purchased from FurDrache are non-refundable.
Sponsor Package Donation: Sponsor packages are voluntary donations to support FurDrache. Once purchased, sponsor packages cannot be abandoned, recovered, or canceled. They are acknowledgments of support to the group and are used to enhance the participant's experience. Sponsor packages can be claimed during registration, at convention operations (con ops), or can be sent by mail with additional shipping fees..
By completing the registration process and making the payment, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions established by FurDrache.
4. Rules of Conduct
FurDrache is presented as a gathering of professional, respectful, and open-minded members of the furry community, as well as those interested in our events. To minimize misunderstandings about acceptable behavior, adherence to these rules is expected. Additionally, please note that these rules apply throughout the duration of the event or convention, including during early arrivals, late departures, and moments outside the venue but still during the event period. They apply to all participants, vendors, volunteers, staff members, and guests.
4.1 Registration and Identification:
Participants must be at least 18 years old on the first day of the event or convention.
Participants must present their valid photo ID or passport during check-in, with details matching our records.
FurDrache is a private organization, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke registrations without explanation.
Convention badges must be worn visibly at all times, including during fursuits, for participant identification.
Participation without a valid event badge or badge impersonation is prohibited.
Impersonating official roles in events, communications, or announcements is not allowed.
Modifying or covering badge identification information, including digital elements like NFC tags or barcodes, is prohibited.
Overnight stays in event hotels require a valid reservation; 'ghosting' without a reservation results in a permanent refusal of the event.
Facilitating overnight stays without a valid hotel reservation or attending without a badge is not allowed.
Lost room keys must be reported immediately to the hotel reception and our security team; FurDrache declines all responsibility for lost keys or key cards.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in exclusion from the event for the remainder of the session or duration, both for the individual and for other relevant groups.
4.2 Behavior and Decency within FurDrache:
Respect: All members of FurDrache are required to treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration at all times.
Inclusivity: FurDrache is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
Professionalism: Members must behave professionally, both online and offline, when representing FurDrache.
Communication: Open and respectful communication is encouraged among members. Disagreements should be resolved with courtesy and a goal of finding constructive solutions.
Privacy: Members must respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing personal information without consent.
Safety: The safety and well-being of all members are paramount. Any behavior that endangers the safety of others will not be tolerated.
4.3 Consent Policy (Yes Means Yes, No Means No):
Consent: FurDrache adheres to the principle of affirmative consent, where "yes" means yes and "no" means no. Consent must be given freely, enthusiastically, and continuously throughout any interaction or activity.
Respect of Boundaries: Members must respect the boundaries of others and refrain from any activity without explicit consent.
Intoxication: Consent cannot be given when a person is intoxicated or incapacitated. Engaging in any form of sexual activity with an intoxicated person is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Policy on Hate Speech, Discrimination, and Racism:
Zero Tolerance: FurDrache has a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech, discrimination, and racism in all their forms. Such behavior will result in immediate disciplinary actions, including possible expulsion from the group.
Report: Members are encouraged to report any incidents of hate speech, discrimination, or racism to the group's administrators or moderators for prompt action.
4.5 Policy on Respect for Clothing and Fursuits:
Appreciation: Members should appreciate and respect the clothing and fursuit choices of others, recognizing the time, effort, and creativity invested in their creation.
Consent: Touching or interacting with someone's clothing or fursuits should only be done with their explicit consent.
Maintenance: Members must ensure that their own clothing and fursuits are clean and well-maintained to uphold hygiene and respect standards within the group.
Sensitivity: Members should be attentive to the cultural or personal significance attached to clothing and fursuits and avoid making insensitive or inappropriate comments.
4.6 Clothing Policy:
Appropriate Attire: All participants in FurDrache events must be properly dressed at all times. This includes wearing clothing that covers essential parts of the body.
No Nudity Allowed: Nudity is strictly prohibited in the event venue or in areas associated with FurDrache activities. Participants must ensure to be fully clothed at all times.
Respect of Venue Rules: Participants are required to comply with the dress code regulations and guidelines established by the hotel or venue hosting the event. Any specific dress code or requirement stated by the venue must be adhered to without exception.
Hygiene and Decency: The clothes worn must be clean, in good condition, and respectful of public decency standards. Any outfit that is excessively revealing, provocative, or offensive is not allowed.
Compliance with Local Laws: Participants must also comply with local laws or regulations regarding public attire and decency.
Application: Failure to comply with the dress code policy may result in a request to change attire or, in serious cases, exclusion from the event venue. FurDrache reserves the right to enforce this policy to maintain the comfort and respect of all participants and to preserve the event's reputation.
4.7 Damage Policy
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to property, facilities, or equipment during FurDrache events or conventions. This includes but is not limited to damage to event venues, hotel rooms, furniture, decorations, and technical equipment.
Participants who witness or become aware of any damage occurring during a FurDrache event or convention are encouraged to report the incident to event staff or designated representatives immediately.
After receiving a damage report, the FurDrache event staff will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the extent of the damage, the party responsible, and any mitigating factors.
Participants found responsible for damages will be required to pay the cost of repairs, replacement, or restitution as deemed appropriate by the organizers of the FurDrache event and the venue management.
In case of serious or intentional damages, FurDrache reserves the right to pursue legal action against the responsible party to obtain compensation for the damages and associated costs. This may include but is not limited to civil claims or criminal proceedings.
Participants must fully cooperate with the FurDrache event staff, venue management, and law enforcement authorities during the investigation and resolution of incidents related to damages.
Participants found responsible for damages may face consequences including but not limited to:
a. Financial reimbursement for repair or replacement costs.
b. Exclusion of the event or convention.
c. Suspension or prohibition of future FurDrache events.
d. Legal action and lawsuits.
5. Policy on Alcohol, Drugs, Weapons, and Dangerous Items
5.1 Weapons PolicyI
Prohibition of Weapons: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at FurDrache events or conventions. This includes firearms, knives, explosives, and any other objects intended to be used as weapons.
5.2 Drug Policy
Illegal Drugs: The use, possession, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at FurDrache events or conventions. Anyone found engaging in such activities will be immediately removed from the event venue and may face legal consequences.
Soft Drugs: The use of soft drugs, including cannabis, is also prohibited at FurDrache events or conventions. Participants are expected to refrain from using substances that may alter judgment or behavior.
Legal Medical Drugs: Legal medical drugs may be authorized if accompanied by a valid prescription signed by an accredited healthcare professional. Participants must adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage instructions.
Application: FurDrache reserves the right to conduct searches and inspections to enforce this policy. Participants found in violation of the drug policy will be subject to exclusion from the event and may be banned from future events.
5.3 Violence and Illegal Activities
Combat Prohibition: Fighting or violent behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited at FurDrache events or conventions. Participants must resolve conflicts peacefully and respectfully. Anyone found involved in fights will be immediately removed from the event venue.
Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activities: FurDrache has a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activity, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, and harassment. Participants found guilty of illegal activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities and may face legal consequences.
Report: Participants are encouraged to report any violation of the drug and weapons policy or any other misconduct to event organizers or security personnel for prompt action.
Compliance: All participants are required to adhere to the policy on drugs and weapons to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone, as well as to maintain the integrity of FurDrache events.
6. Media Policy
6.1 Media Coverage:
By attending an event or convention organized by FurDrache, participants acknowledge and consent to the possibility of photography, videography, or live streaming. Media coverage will only take place in designated areas of the event, as indicated on the event map and through notifications placed throughout the venue or convention space.
6.2 Uso Público y Promoción:
All media captured during FurDrache events will be made public and can be used by anyone, including FurDrache, for promotional purposes related to future events or on the FurDrache website.
6.3 Respect for Privacy:
Participants must respect the privacy of other participants at all times.
No illegal photography, including unauthorized or sneaky recordings, is allowed on the convention floor or in the public areas of the venue.
FurDrache is not responsible for the media captured in hotel rooms or rooms on the premises and will not intervene in disputes or issues resulting from such media captures.
Privacy violations will be promptly addressed and may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to legal actions against the responsible individual.
6.4 Compliance:
All participants are required to comply with FurDrache's Media Policy to ensure the privacy and comfort of all participants.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in exclusion from the event and may affect future participation in FurDrache events.
By participating in FurDrache events, participants agree to comply with the terms of this Media Policy. FurDrache reserves the right to update or modify this policy as necessary to ensure the safety, security, and enjoyment of all participants.
7. Security, Safety, and Personal Assistance
The security personnel will be present at the venue and during the convention to ensure the safety, protection, and assistance of all participants.
Designated areas will be provided for participants to secure personal belongings, request assistance for security issues, or report any concerns.
The FurDrache committee has the final authority in all matters related to the event. Participants are required to comply with the committee's decisions without engaging in discussions or disputes.
Participants encountering issues with staff or security during the event can ask for assistance from a committee member.
Although security personnel are available to assist and maintain order at the event venue, they are not supposed to act as law enforcement agents for private disputes outside the venue or convention floor.
The laws and regulations of the hotel or venue apply to all participants, and the security staff will enforce these rules if necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.
By participating in FurDrache events, participants agree to comply with the terms of this Security and Committee Policy. FurDrache reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed to maintain a safe and orderly event environment.
8. Assistance Animals
People with assistance dogs for mobility, accessibility, or specific needs are welcome at FurDrache events.
Participants needing an assistance dog must contact the event committee before the event to confirm if assistance dogs are allowed.
Each request for an assistance dog will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with the venue regulations and event logistics.
Reasonable accommodations will be made for assistance dogs, including designated areas for the care and comfort of the dog.
Owners of assistance dogs are responsible for ensuring that their dogs remain under control at all times and do not disrupt the event or cause inconvenience to other participants.
Participants with assistance dogs must comply with all venue rules regarding assistance animals, including any required documentation or vaccination papers.
Pets or non-assistance animals are generally not allowed at FurDrache events unless explicitly stated otherwise by the event organizers.
By requesting the presence of a service dog at a FurDrache event, participants agree to comply with the terms of this Assistance Dogs Policy. FurDrache reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed to ensure the comfort and accessibility of all participants.
9. Rules of Commerce
The Dealers' Den at FurDrache conventions or events provides a platform for commerce, including the buying and selling of goods and services related to the event's theme.
The items allowed in the Dealers' Den include, but are not limited to:
- Art (originals, prints, orders)
- Handcrafted goods and merchandise
- Collectible items and souvenirs
- Books, comics, and fanzines
- Clothing and accessories related to the event theme
The prohibited items include:
- Illegal or counterfeit goods
- Articles promoting hate, discrimination, or violence
- Adult or explicit material (unless specifically authorized by the event organizers)
- Articles infringing intellectual property rights without proper authorization
Commerce is limited to the Dealers' Den area and is not allowed elsewhere in the convention or venue premises.
Sellers wishing to sell exclusively in the Dealers' Den must purchase a ticket for the convention or venue in addition to their sales space.
All proceeds from sales in the Dealers' Den are the exclusive property of the individual sellers. FurDrache does not take a percentage of sales or sellers' profits.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their goods comply with all applicable event laws, regulations, and policies.
The event organizers reserve the right to enforce this policy and may request the removal of any item deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
By participating in the Dealers' Den at FurDrache events, vendors agree to comply with this policy. FurDrache reserves the right to update or modify this policy as necessary to maintain the integrity of the Dealers' Den and the event as a whole.
10. Personal Data of FurDrache
When visiting the FurDrache website, certain information may be collected automatically, such as the IP address, browser type, and operating system. This information is used for analytical purposes to improve the functionality of the website and user experience.
By becoming a member of FurDrache, personal information such as name, email address, and demographic details may be collected. This information is used to provide access to exclusive content for members, communicate about upcoming events and promotions, and personalize the experience.
Additional information may be collected during interactions with FurDrache, such as when registering for an event, surveys, contests, or communications via email or social media. This information is used to fulfill requests, improve services, and personalize communications.
The FurDrache website may use cookies to enhance the browsing experience and provide personalized content. Cookies are small text files stored on your device to analyze traffic, remember preferences, and track interactions. You can choose to accept or decline cookies through your browser settings, although this may limit access to certain features.

11. Commercial Policy of FurDrache
Open Trade Policy: FurDrache promotes transparency and accountability in all activities and decisions.
Volunteer-Based Organization: FurDrache relies mainly on volunteers who contribute time, skills, and expertise to support its mission.
Financial Transparency: Annual financial statements will be published starting in 2025, providing an overview of financial performance, expenses, and allocations.
For-Profit Enterprise, Non-Profit Approach: FurDrache operates as a for-profit enterprise with a non-profit ethic, focusing on serving the community and advancing its mission rather than maximizing profits.
Revenue Sources: Revenues are generated through the sale of tickets, merchandise, and sponsor packages, funding operations and initiatives.
Revenue Allocation: All income is reinvested to support growth and sustainability. Excess funds will be allocated to charitable initiatives aligned with FurDrache's values.
Commitment to Growth and Social Impact: FurDrache is committed to growth, positive social contributions, and making a significant social impact.
Stakeholder Engagement: FurDrache values the feedback and contributions of stakeholders to ensure alignment with its mission and promote a collaborative environment.
By adhering to these policies, FurDrache aims to maintain transparency, accountability, and social responsibility while striving for sustainable growth and impact.
12. Waiver Policy for FurDrache Volunteers
Objective: Describes the terms and conditions for volunteering with FurDrache, clarifying expectations, rights, and responsibilities.
Volunteers: Individuals offer their time and skills to support FurDrache's events and initiatives.
Recruitment: Volunteers are recruited through various channels and may undergo interviews, orientations, and background checks.
Remuneration and Expenses: Volunteers are neither paid nor reimbursed for expenses unless agreed upon in advance.
Insurance: FurDrache cannot provide insurance coverage for volunteers, including liability and accident coverage.
Privacy: Volunteers must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and not disclose it without authorization.
Acknowledgment: By volunteering, individuals accept the terms of this policy, certifying that they are of legal age and have the authority to enter into the agreement.
FurDrache reserves the right to update this policy as necessary to comply with laws and align with organizational goals.

13. General Rules of Telegram & Discord Chat
1. Respectful Behavior:
- Treat the members with respect.
- Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and offensive language are prohibited.
- Avoid spam, trolling, or disruptive behaviors.
2. Content Guidelines:
- Do not publish explicit, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- NSFW content is only allowed in designated channels.
- Respect intellectual property rights; no pirated or unauthorized content.
- Keep relevant discussions in their channels.
3. Clothing and Appearance:
- Profile pictures and shared media must not feature bare torsos or underwear.
Privacy and Personal Information:
- Do not share personal information in public.
- Respect privacy; do not share private messages without consent.
4. No Advertising or Self-Promotion:
- Advertising, self-promotion, and solicitation are not allowed without permission.
5. Conduct in the Vocal Channels:
- Use appropriate language and behavior in vocal channels.
- Avoid loud or disruptive noises.
6. Moderation and Compliance:
- Follow the moderators' instructions.
- Do not bypass prohibitions or disciplinary measures.
7. Usernames and Profiles:
- Usernames and profile pictures must be appropriate.

8. Bots and Automation:
- Use bots responsibly.
- Do not abuse bots to spam or disrupt.
9. Server Resources:
- Use resources as intended; avoid excessive messages.
Sensitive Subjects:
- No political, racial, or gender debates.
Reporting and Disputes:
- Report issues to moderators rather than escalating conflicts.
Rule Updates:
- Stay informed about rule updates; important changes will be announced.
Sanctions Rule for Chat or Voice Chat Violations:
-First Offense: One-week ban.
- Second Offense: One-month ban.
- Third Offense: Permanent ban with possibility of appeal after one year.
Sanctions Rule for Events:
First Warning: Inappropriate behavior will result in a first warning.
Second Warning: If inappropriate behavior continues, you will receive a ban from participating in a Vox event for one month.
Third Warning: Superior category behavior or non-compliance with event rules will result in a 6 to 12 month ban.
Fourth Warning: Inappropriate behavior towards one or more members or harassment of one or more members during an event will immediately result in a permanent ban from participating in Vox events and Vox chat.
FurDrache's Prohibitions for Reasons:
- Prohibitions are based on complaints and evidence.
- Acceptance of bans is expected; administrators assess situations and may apply sanctions outside the standard protocol if necessary.
