Barbecue Outing in Marchienne-au-Pont

We are organizing a barbecue at someone's place in Marchienne-au-Pont, easily accessible by public transport.

The spots will be limited, so please register quickly.

A survey is launched to choose the date between:

• Saturday, July 19
• Saturday, August 16

On the menu:

• Burgers mainly made from meat (beef patties, pork-cheese, chicken, or a mix depending on store availability)
• Side of fries
• 1 liter of soft drink per person (you will choose your drink at the time of booking)
• If there are remaining funds, a dessert (ice cream) will be provided

⚠️ Due to the perishable nature of the products, no refunds will be possible in case of cancellation or absence.

For those with dietary restrictions, please be sure to indicate them when making your reservation on the site, or ideally before the registration date. A specific dish will then be prepared for you. Thank you for respecting the special dishes intended for those concerned.

• For this first edition, alcohol will be prohibited to avoid any excesses.
• The estimated rate is about 20 euros per person.
